There are numerous Catholic lay groups and organizations that support the members
of the Diocese of Santa Rosa. While these groups and organizations acknowledge the
leadership and teaching authority of the diocesan bishop in shaping their own programs
and positions, and they follow the precepts of the Catholic Church, they are not a part
of the Diocesan organization and ministries.
