The Cardinal Newman Retreat Center is a diocesan facility
available to parish groups or diocesan programs for
the purpose of retreats, gatherings, meetings, workshops
& seminars
The building provides the following...
capacity for 45 overnight guests
a large commercial kitchen where groups using the building can prepare their own meals.
adjacent to the kitchen, a dining room with patio, large yard and barbecue
adjacent to the dining room, a meeting room with fireplace
a quiet courtyard, located within the center of the complex a chapel
Reservations for groups are made in advance by calling 707 568-6822
General Information - Effective July 1, 2007
A $100.00 non refundable reservation fee (for overnight
use) or fee of 50% expected charge (for day use) is
required within 14 days of booking to guarantee reservations.
This amount will be applied to the balance.
A donation of $60.00 per person is suggested for weekend
overnight accommodations. (or $30.00 per person per
night)
A donation of $100.00 suggested for day use of the facility
during the week, or $300.00 for Saturday or Sunday day
use.
No diocesan group or individual will be refused use
of the facility because of finances.
Call to discuss special arrangements.
A typical room is furnished with (1) double bed &
(3) twin beds along with a private bathroom.
Bed linens are provided for adult retreats. Sleeping
bags are suggested for youth groups.
You will need to provide your own towels and toiletries.
We at the Cardinal Newman Retreat Center are trying
to improve the Building and grounds so that the Retreat
Center will be more attractive and comfortable. This
is a time consuming and expensive project. If you would
