Food Distributions

Protecting Immigrant Families
US Citizenship and Immigration Services has announced that testing, prevention, or treatment for COVID-19 would NOT be used against immigrants in a public charge test. This means that immigrant families should seek the care they need during this difficult time. For immigrant resources, CLICK HERE

Housing and Shelter
All shelters are operating in compliance with CDC health safety guidelines. We are in constant contact with county health officials to ensure we are following best practices for our client and staff’s health.

Unemployment Insurance
If your employer has reduced your hours or shut down operations due to COVID-19, you can file an Unemployment Insurance (UI) claim through California Employment Development Department. UI provides partial wage replacement benefit payments to workers who lose their job or have their hours reduced, through no fault of their own. For more information, CLICK HERE

Healthcare Resources
Because of COVID-19, you can apply now for coverage if you are uninsured and eligible. People who experience a qualifying life event can newly enroll in a health plan through Covered California even outside the open enrollment period.
